Danièle Van Os

Danièle Van Os is a laureate of competitions at home and abroad where she was praised for her musicality, timbre and personal interpretation.
She studied at the Lemmens Institute in Godelieve Monden and Aram Van Ballaert. Afterwards she specialized at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Alexander Swete.
In addition to solo performances Danièle occurs in the unique duo piccolo and guitar with Anke Lauwers and she is a member of the Erasmus Ensemble.

Duo met Anke Lauwers

A few years ago Anke Lauwers (flute and piccolo) and Danièle Van Os played for the first time together because of their common interest in chamber music. Meanwhile, they are playing a diverse, challenging and exciting program, which makes of them a unique duo. In their quest for new and rarely performed music, piccolo and guitar repertoire is perfectly reflected.

Sopragitano

Danièle and soprano Nele Raymaekers followed along a Master guitar at the Lemmensinstituut in Leuven. Afterwards Nele went to the Conservatory of Maastricht for a specialization solo singing. Their repertoire consists of original songs and arrangements for soprano and guitar from the Romantic and 20th centuries.
